Just open ECP and add a rule to redirect the emails sent to user A to user B. You could also simply use the mail flow rules in the admin ECP. What I typically do is convert the user's mailbox to a shared mailbox using powershell, add myself and the supervisor as delegates, then open the user's mailbox in OWA to add the redirect inbox rule through ECP. Our supervisors tend to want access to the departing user's mailbox. There has to be some way for me to tell Office 365 to forward emails from person A to person B. The only way I can see to do this is by actually logging in as the user and setting up the forward, which is laughable from an admin standpoint. So is there a way to do this in Office 365? We have frequent turnover, and many of our management users will request that a subordinate's email be forwarded to them.
